As a Loftware User, you have access to several Online resources to help you troubleshoot common printing errors. These are listed below along with recommended steps to take before calling Technical Support. Loftware has highly-trained technicians available to help you with your labeling system. Often, a few minutes spent searching the Loftware Knowledge Base and/or User Guides will save valuable time and solve most Loftware issues.

Serial Number
If you need to call Technical Support, please have your serial number ready. These numbers can be obtained by accessing the Help | About menu of the label design modeor from any of the printing modules
